You can exchange your Loyalty Points for Customer Credits, which will give you a discount on your future bookings with us. The more Loyalty Points you exchange, the better the exchange rate!
Easy to use
Just go to https://booking.dnavr.co.uk/account/ and sign in with your account details.
Once you're logged in, click on "loyalty" button under "Account profile".

There you can see both your Loyalty Points amount and Customer Credits amount.
You can type the number of points you wish to exchange and click "exchange".

If you want to use your Customer Credits, simply make a new booking from https://booking.dnavr.co.uk/ and apply your credits at the step "Discounts and Promo-Codes".
